It is the centring of the breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness for extended periods of time. We use props to assist in helping you to hold poses (asanas) longer for. Restorative Yoga balances a fast lifestyle and has an enormous capacity to heal physical and mental symptoms that are stress related.

The class is suitable for all students seeking the benefits of a relaxing, gentle and nourishing practice. The combination of Hatha and deep Restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress.
