I have tried a few different yoga classes in years gone by but have never taken to it, either the class was too large or I didn’t understand the teaching. Following chemotherapy and continuing treatment I decided to give it another go to aid me through recovery and to learn valuable techniques to help relax. I started at Kanti yoga studio shortly after it had opened I absolutely loved it! Michelle is such a great teacher. Her classes are insightful and she is so knowledgeable and inspirational. The classes are just the right size for her to help each individual and guide you with the positions and techniques. I have learned so much about Hatha yoga and it has helped enormously. If you are curious about the benefits of yoga and have never tried it before, I absolutely recommend you try out a class at Kanti yoga studio.
