I have been practicing Yoga on & off for a number of years and have been going to Michelle’s sessions for the last 12 months.
I look forward to my weekly sessions especially after looking after my 3yr old granddaughter for the day!! I personally think of the session as “my time” to relax, unwind and I definitely sleep better.
Michelle combines a variety of poses each week so you never get bored. Her classes are small and of mixed ability so whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi she incorporates and tailors different options so no one feels left out.
When you meet and talk to Michelle you feel confident and relaxed in her company. It doesn’t take you long to discover what a warm, passionate, dedicated and thoroughly knowledgeable yogi she is. She is by far the best yoga teacher I have come across. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to take up yoga. You won’t be disappointed.
